Case Study

Challenge:
Sovena is a client with two very strong brands in the Portuguese market, Oliveira da Serra and Fula. Working with these brands involves balancing brand awareness, promotion, and brand building on the shelf, across different channels and moments of consumption. It has been a constant challenge and, at the same time, a continuous learning process in how we communicate at the point of sale for highly competitive categories.
The big idea:
We developed a consistent graphic design that ensures coherence between campaigns over time, reinforcing in each piece of communication the unique characteristics and territory of each brand, from the sustainability and origin in Oliveira da Serra to the proximity and versatility of Fula. In-store, this approach translates into clear, impactful POS materials that are easily adaptable to different formats and spaces, while maintaining a visual thread that facilitates brand identification.
